I eat a flexitarian diet. I enjoy a variety of vegetables, legumes, fruit, whole grains, nonfat dairy, and lean protein. My lean protein go to foods are salmon, tuna, chicken beast & ground turkey.
Tonight's stew has chicken, carrots, peas, pasta & kale. Your heart will be happy & your taste buds satisfied!
