Road trip mode: activated ππ¨ β but make it healthy!
Long drives = snack monster unleashed. But this time, I came prepared π
Cooler MVPs: juicy watermelon slices π, crunchy carrot sticks (all hail the humble stick π₯π), and a big olβ salad for good measure.
Hotel breakfast chronicles:
- Day 1: Yogurt bowl glow-up β walnuts, almonds, pepitas, coconut flakes (my β¨ ride-or-die β¨), and fruit on top
- Day 2: Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast with PB (chefβs kiss), and fruit
- Day 3: Oatmeal dressed to impress + two hard-boiled eggs because balance... and protein πͺ
Not perfect, not rigid β just feeling good, fueling up, and rollinβ with the healthy-ish road trip vibes π£οΈπ
