Amazing what you can make in the Air Fryer -- tasty tater tots! Boil whole, peeled potatoes until fork-tender (about 8 minutes). Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Grate the potatoes (I used a salad shooter). Season with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pinch the potatoes together to form tater tots, using about 2 tablespoons of potato per tot. Air fry at 370 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Shake the tater tots halfway through cooking to brown evenly.
