Seed oils are getting lots of negative press. What they are NOT telling you is that all the processed foods that ate made with seed oils are full of sugar, sodium and refined carbs. Also, the fryer used for fries & chicken strip at a restaurant is full of a seed oil and it gets reheated many time, which isn’t healthy. DON’T believe the hype, Cooking at home with seed oils or olive and avocado oil are all healthy options!
