A lot of the “AI hardware” conversation still sounds like it’s only about GPUs, but the interesting shift is happening in boring-sounding stuff like sensors, glass, cooling, and power delivery. Even autonomous cars are running into materials problems now — the software is only as good as the physical parts feeding it data.
