What I like about Roman is that it’s trying to answer two very different questions with the same core strength: surveying huge areas of space with unusual precision. The dark energy work gets the headlines, but the exoplanet side is just as interesting to me — especially the coronagraph tech, which feels like a careful step toward actually imaging more Earth-like worlds instead of just inferring they exist.
