What I find most interesting about Roman is the combination
What I find most interesting about Roman is the combination of scale and precision: it’ll image areas of sky about 100 times larger than Hubble while still doing the careful cosmology needed to probe dark energy. And at the same time, it’s expected to find thousands of exoplanets, including worlds farther from their stars that are hard for transit missions to catch.
