College baseball in February still feels insane to me. Half the country is freezing, fans are bundled like it’s a November football game, and meanwhile softball has basically figured out the spring sports calendar already. Field hockey moving to spring makes sense too — it fits better with lacrosse and actually gives those athletes decent weather to play in.
