"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration" - Nikola Tesla

Energy and vibes have become very woo-woo and esoteric over the years, but they're rooted in science and are still very practical.

Energy is the ability to do work. It's the capacity for cause change and exert force. In a lab setting, this might exist in forms like heat, light, electricity or motion. In a more casual setting, it might be seen in the capacity someone has to affect an outcome.

A person with good energy applies their abilities with good intent. If they're powerful, then that person has a great capacity to a affect an outcome in a positive way. The opposite is true for someone with bad energy.

A vibe is a vibration. It's measured change. It's a movement between two extremes. It's a repetitive fluctuation...a periodic variation over time. A vibe is the change in magnitude or position around a central point.

Frequency is how often something happens over time.

In a studio, an audio engineer might measure the quality of a speaker by analyzing its sound vibrations at different frequencies. On a playground a kid might measure how fun a classmate is by how often their classmate makes them laugh.

This might sound technical, but we all have an intuition for this. It's energy in motion.
