I've been trying to add things more consistently to my Redbubble store and I took my farmhouse vintage style rooster with poppy flowers I painted a year or so ago to make this! The rooster and poppies (excluding the background) are painted with watercolor, gouache, and inked with Micron pens. Once I scanned it in, voilà!

Forgot to video the inking/line work part but here is the final product!
I painted another giraffe! <3 I don't really have a lot of words to say but remember that giraffes are tall, gentle giants. In terms of spirit animals the giraffe symbolizes foresight, elevated perspective, and gentle strength. Because it is the tallest land animal, its energy encourages you to rise above petty drama, trust your intuition, and look at the bigger picture to see what lies ahead on your path.
I am REALLY bad at sharing my work these days. Life is lifing, and I have thought about coming back on here a million times to post things but I've had this constant little critic voice in my head that says oh it's not finished yet, who wants to see that? So for the month of May, my goal is to try to post things more finished or not!
Also, we are reaching gardening season! And here I am sharing some information about fruits and vegetables you can grow this Spring/Summer! This week, Tomatoes!
